Principal's Message
Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year. My name is Thomas Holtke and it is my pleasure to serve the students, families and community of Santa Rosa Technology Magnet School as Principal. I am very proud to be a part of the SRTMS Family and the Pleasant Valley School District.

I completed my undergraduate studies at San Diego State University where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. I have since furthered my education at California Lutheran University receiving a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration.

I have been in the profession of education for fourteen years. I have taught at both the elementary and middle school levels: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 4th and 7th grades and served as Associated Student Body Advisor teaching leadership to 6th, 7th and 8th grade students.

I have lived in Ventura County for 33 years and currently reside in the city of Simi Valley with my family. I have been married to my wife and soul mate Kristin for ten years. We are the proud parents of two wonderful children: Carson (7) and Charlotte (4). Carson is fortunate to attend Santa Rosa Technology Magnet School as a second grader.  

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, surfing, snowboarding, running and reading.
